We have firmed up on what's going to happen at the event, especially for the
Main Talks. We have also updated the profiles and the topics of our
speakers. Note that, due to the nature of the event, *everything* is subject
to change. We are, however, very confident that the event will start on
time, the speakers will come and dinner will be served.

We have overwhelming response for the Lightning Talks and the Booths.
Lightning Talks will start at 430pm. Booths start at 500pm. If you are
setting up a booth, please make sure that you're in touch with Naveen at
9626 2752. If you are into Lightning Talks, make sure you are near a
microphone, gather a crowd and start talking from 430pm onwards.

As there is only one lift serving The Pod, please come early to help us move
you to the venue in the quickest way possible.

There will be seats arrange in a circular manner. Markers, papers and pens
are all over the place and you are free to re-arrange anything that you
don't like. Keep in mind that this is your event and is driven by your
participation.

p/s: In the case that enough people linger around after the event, a few of
us have the wild idea of having a post-conference conversation. We may have
